How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders received by 2pm ET are processed and shipped the same day, plus you can track your order on line. We use Ground Couriers during the Postal Disruption. Canada Post Expedited Service, or for Southern Ontario a local firm which provides excellent service and Next Day Delivery and in most cases you will receive your order within 3 days of leaving our office, and in most cases the NEXT day. Orders received after this deadline or on Sat/Sun or Long Weekends are shipped the Next Business Day.

How much is shipping and do you accept COD orders?
Remember you receive FREE Shipping on all orders above $49.95 plus some promotional products, otherwise you pay a flat basic shipping charge of $8.50. For Fast Guarantee Delivery additional charges/options are available to you. Remember, you may pay a little more but you will receive your order FAST, when you need it.
As for COD orders, due to the associated costs we cannot process COD orders.

Do you offer OEM Cartridges? Our main focus is on New Compatible Toner Cartridges, however in cases OEM original toners are listed and priced accordingly.

Do you offer discounts if I buy larger amounts? Yes just send an request to us and advise us your requirments.

What is a New Compatible Cartridge? A New Compatible Laser Toner Cartridges, offers you a inexpensive alternative to Original or OEM cartridges. They are made from New Materials and the cartridge has been tested in Canada. It gives you the same High Quality of an OEM cartridge but at a considerable saving. A New Compatible Laser Toner Cartridge is NOT a remanufactured or recondtioned cartridge, these are two different types of cartridges. New Compatible Toner Cartridge are in fact NEW and lies between OEM original and a remanufactured. Think Generic when you are thinking New Compatible. Our cartridges are made by a third party and NOT the OEM manufacturer. 

IMPORTANT:  The use of New Compatible Laser Toner Cartridge does NOT void the manufactures warranty of your printer. As per Section 77 of the Canadian Competation Act. The manufacturer cannot Void or limit a warranty of a product in which the customer has chosen to use Compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges.

What does it mean Chip included in some of the descriptions? .
Computer Chips are in many but not all of the cartridge toners we sell. These chips communicate with the printer/computer. In some cases if you receive an "error message" when you install a new cartridge, it could be a problem with the chip for example, which can be corrected.

What do I do if the cartridge does not work or is defective? .
You email us immediately, explain the problem throughly and we will provide you with options. If a new replacement cartridge has to be sent out to you, you MUST return immediately the defective cartridge, or you will be charged again for this item.
Before you consider we have sent you a defective cartridge, please ask yourself the questions. When was the last time my printer was cleaned? This is Important. Any toner cartridge, original or new compatible will not give you clear copies, if YOU have not maintained and cleaned your printer.

How are you able to offer such low prices? Our New Compatible cartridges are less expensive than the OEM, plus we are a small company, operating a online store from Dundas, Ontario, where our overhead is considerably less than being in a larger centre. Our only product is toner cartridges, unlike some of our competition which have to stock a wider range of products, hence a higher overhead cost.

Can I pickup the Cartridge from your offices, or use my own delivery service? Yes you can, just let us know when you place the order, if there is a problem then email us with your confirmation number. Please note NO price adjustments are made if you arrange to pickup the order yourself.

I am in the United States, can I place an order?
Yes you can, it will be processed in Canadian Funds and different shipping rates will apply. Next Day service is available at an additional premium. If you want to place an order from the US, send us an email in advance if you have any questions.
