ALL Prices listed in Canadian Funds.
All orders for our New Compatible Toner Cartridges/Drums are verified and checked for accuracy
before shipping, if applicable the HST will be adjusted on orders from Ontario, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador. We do NOT charge your credit card, until the order has been verified, if we have any questions we make sure we contact you via phone or email with our concerns, prior to the charges being placed on your credit card, with the exception of the adjustments for the HST in applicable Provinces. Any errors made in the calculation of taxes, addition or deductions, along with invalid Promotion Codes will be corrected at this time.

By making a purchase, YOU acknowledge that you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Also that you have reviewed and understand our product descriptions. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask through out customer comments tab, prior to purchase.

PROMOTION CODES:. Are outlined throughout our store and apply to selected products only. Invalid Promo Codes will be removed from the order and adjusted accordingly. If you have a problem with a Promotion Code when you order, please advice us immediately through the our customer comments tabs, so we can make adjustments to your order if applicable, prior to processing. Once an order is processed you cannot claim a Promotion Code. Promotion Codes can be withdrawn at any time.

Bank Drafts/Credit Cards : All Bank Drafts MUST be issued on a Canadian Bank in Canadian Funds. The order will then be held for 7 Days to permit the cheque to clear the Banks. A charge of $25.00 will be made for any NSF cheques received. If you have chosen the option of cheque payment at the time of your order, you can change to credit card payment, just send us an email with your information. We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD and PayPal with all orders beomg processed in Canadian Funds. Note: PayPal orders will NOT be processed for approx 5 Days until payment is received in our accounts from Paypal. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received from PayPal. If you are in a Rush we suggest you use Visa/Mastercard through our SECURE site.

Shipping Information
All orders received by 3pm ET are shipped the Same Business Day, after this deadline your order will be shipped the next business day. 
No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We ship to:. British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador. In addition orders shipped to the Yukon, NWT and Nunavat pay a supplement of $12.50 per order. All the major cities:. Shipping Costs  via Canada Post is a flat $8.50 per order if applicable. Express Post and UPS are available on all orders at an additional rate depending on your location. Shipping charges to all other points in Canada are based on Canada Post Expedited service. Two Day and Next Day service is available for a supplement. UPS Rates are quoted on a individual basis. All costs shown are based on 2/3 cartridges. Over this amount higher rates will apply. Shipping Charges are NEVER refunded, including offers with Free Shipping.  Insurance is included at NO additional charge

Once an order leaves our offices it becomes the responsibility of the shipper. If it fails to reach its destination YOU must advice us immediately and allow Canada Post or the courier firms at least 7 Days to research your claim. This does NOT apply if you refuse delivery without notice in advance to Sprint Toner Cartridges. If they determine it is their fault, we will replace your order at no charge to you. We are not responsible for any delays that may occurr in the shipping of your order, or for any orders stolen. NO Refunds, adjustments credits will be given for orders have been stolen.

Tracking Information. Canada Post by the Link provided on the Home Page of our store, Local Ontario Courier www.themessengers.ca. UPS link sent with your confirmation.

Copy of your invoice will accompany the order and all credit card charges will appear as Sprint Office Supplies.


Eco Program Return our used cartridges to us and they will be recycled.

Returns/Refunds
Within 14 Days of receipt of your order, you may return it for any reason provided the toner cartridges have NOT been opened or used in any way, in the original packaging. In this case you will receive a Full Refund, Less Shipping Charges and a $17.75, or 10% Restocking Fee which ever is greater. If your order featured Free Shipping, then the actual cost of the shipping we paid for you, WILL be taken into account as well and deducted from your refund. All refunds to your credit card will be processed once the toner cartridges have been returned to our office, at your expense and inspected.

Between 15 - 60 Days you may return any Unopened, unused cartridges for a refund, Less a 25% restocking fee and ALL the original shipping costs. After 61 Days NO REFUNDS, or credit notes will be provided for unopened toner.

In the cases of used or opened toner cartridges, Toner and Ink usage will be taken into consideration when calculating any credits that may apply. A toner cartridge MUST contain at least 75% of its original toner for consideration for a full refund/replacment. Toner cartridges which are returned with less than 75% will be treated as used and NO refund or credits permitted.
Prior to returning ANY order for refunds/replacements YOU must obtain from Sprint Toner Cartridges a confirmation email and ID #. No actions, refunds, replacements will be made without the ID# we provide. Refusing delivery, receipt of your order without advicing this office in advance will result in NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS NOTES.

Defective Cartridges:
If your toner cartridge is defective, please provide us with a detailed descrption of the problem. If it is determined the cartridge is faulty, we will forward you a replacement toner cartridge immediately via the same shipping method as your original order. You MUST advise this office via email within 30 Days of delvery in order to obtain a replacement. After this date we will consider replacements on a case by case basis only.

In ALL cases if you are returning toner cartridges/drums, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping to our premises at your expense. In addition is is important that all cartridges are stored in a dry place and that you DO NOT allow them to freeze, as this will hamper the ability of the toner ink to adhere to the paper. NO refunds/replacements will be made if you failed to take proper care in the storing of the toner cartridge


Troubleshooting Information:
Ask yourself the question, when was the last time your printer was cleaned or serviced? or the fuser assembly replaced?

This important information will impact the quality of print you receive not just from our cartridge but even the original toner cartridges. For Example: If you purchased 2 toners from us and in both cases the print quality is poor, there is an 90% chance this NOT the fault of the toner cartridge, but an unserviced printer. In which cases we will NOT offer a refund/adjustment in this case. However if you found 1 toner works and the second did not, then the second cartridge is defective and will be replaced by Sprint Toner Cartridges, at NO charge to you.

Damaged Cartridges
If any item has been damaged in shipping, we MUST be advised in writing within 24 hours of delivery., in order for any adjustments to take place. We will NOT accept responsibility for any damages reported after 24 hours after receipt, and No refunds or adjustments will be considered in this case after 24 hours. Damaged/defective cartridges are replaced only. We DO NOT refund your credit card for charges at any time, we only provide store credits.

Any cartridges purchased on sale, will show Final sale on the Invoice and no refund will be given, However the cartrdige will be replaced if defective, and reported to Sprint Office Supplies within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise please consider all items purchase on sale as final/no refunds/adjustments.

Page Yield
This refers to the number of pages a particular cartridge will print. example 2500 pages. In most cases the yield is based on a page coverage of 5%. Meaning, If the information you print takes up an entire page, that means you are using more than 5% coverage, that will result in less than 2500 pages. This would be the same with an original OEM toner cartridge or a New Compatible. So if you have a question, look at what you are printing now and compare that, with what you were printing before. If you are printing the same amount with each toner cartridge the page yield will be in the same. If however you start printing pages with MORE copy, than your page yield will be reduced. If you have any questions on this point, please do not hesitate to ask in advance. We can email you examples of 5% coverage and 30% coverage to assist you in understanding this point. Promotions & Discounts
Discounts can change and be deleted at any time. We will not honour a promotion which is no longer in effect at the time you place your order.

Claims & Notices: . It is agreed that any notices, claims, actions or disputes regardless of where they are in Canada, will be made through the courts in the Hamilton, Greater Toronto area only.
